• Durable (Financial) Power of Attorney that addresses Digital Assets and Successor Agents 
• Medical Power of Attorney
• Living Will-Advanced Healthcare Directive that Expresses your Wishes for End of Life Care 
• HIPAA Release
• Final Disposition Authorization and Instructions for your Loved Ones
• Review of Beneficiaries of Non-Probate Assets 

This plan is for an individual or couple who wants to leave their estate to one or more  adult persons, no trusts and no minor beneficiaries. 

$1200 Individual

$1750 Married Couple

Includes:

• Will ("mirror" wills for married couples)
• Complex and Individualized Minor's Testamentary Trust (if a couple, all children must be from that marriage)
• Nomination of a Guardian for Minor Children
